This policy explains what Lovins Construction LLC does with information you provide through lovinsconstruction.com. It is short because the site does very little: there is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no tracking of any kind.
Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, and a description of your project. You may also reach us by phone or email directly. We use what you send only to reply to you, discuss your project, and prepare an estimate if you want one.
Please don't send sensitive information through the form — financial account details, government ID numbers, or anything similar. It isn't needed to start a conversation about a project.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record things like IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to build any profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session storage, and no third-party trackers. Nothing about your visit is stored in your browser, which is why you aren't asked to accept anything when you arrive.
Services we rely on
A few outside services make the site work. Each one only sees what it needs to:
- FormSubmit — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email. It sees whatever you type in the form.
- Vercel — hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Google Workspace — our email. Messages you send us are stored there.
- Google Fonts — supplies the typeface used on the site. Your browser requests the font file from Google when the page loads, which means Google can see your IP address.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email so we have a record of the conversation and any work that follows. If you'd like yours deleted, email us and we'll remove it, apart from anything we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nick@lovinsconstruction.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it absolutely.
Children
This site is meant for business and property owners. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
